New patient appointments are scheduled for one hour with the physician. Our policy is that if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will also give you a reminder call you the day before your appointment.
There will be a $100 charge to you if you fail to keep your new patient appointment. The hour of the physicians' time lost on failed appointment is always in demand for urgent patient illnesses. We will take your credit card number securely but no charge will be incurred unless you fail your appointment. The number will be secure until the appointment and destroyed if not required.
